General Description

The Alfa Laval LabStak™ M20‑0.72 is a flexible laboratory and pilot‑scale plate‑and‑frame membrane filtration unit designed for testing and development of cross‑flow membrane processes. It is intended for research, process optimization, membrane screening, quality assurance, and scale‑up studies. The unit supports RO, NF, UF, and MF flat‑sheet membranes and can optionally be configured for 2.5” spiral‑wound membranes, making it suitable for comparative membrane evaluations and process translation from lab to pilot scale.

General Description

The Alfa Laval LabStak™ M39 L/H is a laboratory and pilot‑scale plate‑and‑frame membrane filtration module specifically developed for ultrafiltration (UF) and microfiltration (MF) of high‑viscosity liquids and fermentation broths.
The unit is designed for rapid process evaluation, membrane screening, process development, and scale‑up, while using the same module geometry and support plate size as Alfa Laval’s full‑scale M39L/H industrial systems, ensuring reliable scale‑up data.
